Gemini Graaphics Private Limited currently employs over 400 employees in our Printing Plant & Paper Manufacturing Plant located at Bidar, Karnataka. Most of the employees are from Bidar, with rural background.
A special R&D team is in place and engaged in continuous efforts to find new Security Features that will help minimize counterfeiting or forging of Security Documents.
GGPL has trained its workforce through specially planned training programs.
We at GGPL, practise a Human Relation policy that is unique in India and can proudly say that there have not been any Industrial Relation (IR) problems in the history of our company.
Recruitment Procedures

Aptitude Tests & Personality Tests :

As part of the selection procedure, all GGPL employees have to undergo specially designed Aptitude Tests & Personality Tests conducted by Independent Management Consultants.These tests reveal the personality, inherent strength & weakness, etc. of the prospective candidate.
Based on the results, the candidate’s suitability for the position is decided.
These tests are repeated every 18 months.
Reference Check / Background Check :

Shortlisted candidates are required to present References to the HR Department.
A thorough Reference check is carried out by Independent Management Consultants and only after a satisfactory feedback is received, the candidate is offered employment.

Considering the classified nature of our business, every candidate is required to submit a Police Clearance Certificate to eliminate any reservations regarding his/her background before being employed with GGPL.

We have an employee-friendly work atmosphere.
We do not follow a Hire – and- Fire policy. All permanent employees are assured of their jobs and are expected to diligently contribute with their professional expertise towards fulfilling our mission of Timely Delivery & Zero-Defect Printing and Numbering.
We at GGPL believe in fair management practices. However any slack in customer delivery, misconduct and above all any kind of compromise on the trust factor by the employee, is dealt with firmly.

First Child Benefit :
We take complete care of the Employee's first child from the moment he comes to know that he is going to be a parent for the first time, till his child becomes three months old. This includes counseling, medical advise, complete medical treatment, medicines, surgery is required.
Career Guidance :
GGPL provides career guidance to children of all employees. We help them in recognising their potential & choosing the correct career option. Aptitude test are also conducted to help the children.
